How do I book a crafting party?

We’d love to help you plan a creative experience! Simply select one of our pre-designed experiences, the customized Experience Option, or contact us through our website, email, or social media with your group size, preferred date, and event type. We’ll work with you to create a fun and memorable craft experience.

What ages are your craft kits and events suitable for?

Our projects are designed for a variety of ages and skill levels. Some crafts are perfect for children, while others are better suited for teens and adults. Recommended ages are listed on each product and event description.

What is included in a Crafty Giftables craft kit?

Each kit includes the supplies needed to complete the project, along with easy-to-follow instructions. Some projects may require basic household items such as scissors or glue, which will be noted in the product description.

Are your handmade items exactly the same as the photos?

Because many of our products are handmade, slight variations in colours, florals, embellishments, and materials may occur. This makes each piece unique!

Do you offer local pickup?

No, however we do offer free delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas. Details will be provided at Checkout .

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We work to keep shipping as affordable as possible, and currently only ship with Canada.

What is your return policy?
